Shipping & Delivery Information

 

We will craft and/or personalize and ship most of our products within 7-10 business days, and in many instances where all product components are in stock, we can ship within 3-5 business days.  If you need your order by a particular date or would require a more tight turnaround, please email or call us immediately to see if we can help!

 

We ship via  USPS Priority mail or Express Mail, as requested, to any continental U.S. destination or  APO/FPO address.

 

Tax

 

When shipping to North Carolina, a state sales tax of 5.85% will be added to your order.

 

Pricing and Product Warranties

Hart Hand Crafted [HHC] hereby disclaims all other warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Manufacturer warranty, if any, applies.  All trade names / trademarks are the properties of their respective owners where applicable. Photos may not represent actual or final product.

 

Typographic errors made by HHC are subject to correction and do not include typographical errors made at the time of the order placement by the customer.  While we will make every effort to identify and troubleshoot any errors or omissions made by the customer, we cannot guarantee identification of such errors. HHC will also make every effort to educate and assist customers in understanding military rank, titles, etc.

 

Returns and Exchanges / Product Workmanship

 

General returns conditions applicable to ALL returns:   1. Shipping charges are not refundable;  2. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization;  3. Where a specific return period is indicated, no returns will be accepted beyond that period;  4. Customer is responsible for shipping carrier capable of providing proof of delivery, as well as properly packing and fully insuring your return shipment. 5. Please note all additional returns conditions stated below, as applicable to your return.

 

Our goal is to offer only the finest personalized products possible, ones that will create lasting memories, many of which are hand crafted directly and wholly by HHC.  HHC stands behind the quality of every product we produce and/or customize. Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return, except when there is a quantifiable quality concern. Because of the many issues that may create a less than perfect image, including the size of the file, lighting, cleanliness of the lens, etc., there may be imperfections in the image you transmit to us or that we have available for printing.  Please remember that as we enlarge your image any imperfections in the image will become more noticeable. We recommend a minimum of 200 dpi resolution for images provided by customers.  For our wood products, HHC must emphasize that all cuts of wood are unique from one another in color and grain even and especially within the same wood type / species.  This uniqueness adds to the character of our products.  While we do make every effort to match pens/pencils to desk bases, some variations in color and grain should be anticipated.

 

Please be assured that each item we produce must meet our strict standards for workmanship and design. And before any item ships from our facility, it must pass a final inspection for quality and accuracy. In every case,  HHC stands behind the quality of every product we sell. If your order it is not 100% free from substantiated defects in materials and/or workmanship or is not exactly as ordered, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt exchange or refund.

 

All returns or exchanges for defects in materials or workmanship must be made within  30 calendar days of receipt.  Customer assumes all costs in shipping to us, and we assume the cost in shipping back to the customer. All replacement/repaired products are shipped  USPS Priority mail unless another arrangement is prior approved.

 

Cancellations

 

Because we enter orders into the production cycle immediately upon receipt, we cannot accept cancellations once you have entered the order and transmitted it to us with payment except in rare instances.  If you feel you need to cancel an order within 24 hours of placing one, please contact us immediately.
